Molotok was founded in 2017 by Stan Petrich and Anton Lensvelt, both of whom had a passion for property development and building quality housing. Joining forces only four years ago, the pair have successfully completed numerous new-build projects, multi-residential developments, subdivisions and renovation projects. With a philosophy to cut out the middle man from property transactions to increase returns for buyers and sellers alike, the company continues to grow as the pair forge lifelong partnerships with buyers and investors alike.
